This position will be mainly support our group's subsidiary business company - Health & Beauty Industry.

(i) Sales

• Create and process orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for customer inquiries, and support Sales Team to follow up with customers as and when needed
• Provide daily stock data and monthly debtor ageing and customer statements to the sales department.
• Manage customer accounts, following up with customers for any administrative matters, and provide troubleshooting assistance for orders, account statuses, and or any other issues.
• Compile sales leads, and pass on leads to the appropriate sales person.
• Perform data entry tasks for sales figures, metrics, and other relevant information and maintaining an organized and accessible filing system.
• Handle administrative duties for the Sales Dept and its executives and management teams.
• Plus any other ad hoc support as needed for the Sales Dept
