Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM.
- Familliar with Mandarin or Cantonese
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Effective teamwork skills
- Proficiency with customer service software
Responsibilities
- Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback and other raising issues related to the company's products.
- To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
