Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles, including bank reconciliation, schedules, journal entries, and other deliverable required for reporting purposes.
- Record and process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in preparation and data interpretation of management report, financial analysis, budgets and forecast.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditors, company secretaries, tax agents, LHDN, customs, EPF, SOSCO and relevant authorities.
- Manage company’s outlets staff payroll, HR and other administrative matters.
- Keep track/Filing administrative task and assist in day to day operation
- Perform administrative duties such as attending to meetings, upkeep of office, answering phone calls, facilitate dispatch and courier services
- Assist in company purchasing plan.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time
