Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to think strategically.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
- Experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Actively promote and sell our products, utilizing effective sales techniques.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize upselling strategies to recommend additional products that meet customer needs.
- Become an expert on our company's product offerings, staying updated on new features and developments.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and explore new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and generate leads.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
