Account Servicing Executive

Job Description

Client services executive connect an agency's efforts with advertisers’ needs, from leading a first meeting on a new account to researching media outlets for a campaign. They maintain relationships with clients, oversee the agency’s accounts and develop strategies for clients. In short, the client services executive is accountable for all aspects of the delivery of work to the client. Client services executives are problem solvers who analyses markets and help advertisers develop business goals for their goods and services. This position is entitled with sales commission. 

 

Objectives of this Role

  • Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with internal teams and suppliers to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
  • Creating a portfolio of client accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
  • Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s marketing activities and advertisement projects.
  • Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
  • Create new account(s) and develop new clientele for the company.
  • Identifying accounts whose revenue may be shrinking so as to address any ‘at risk’ customers and reach out to these accounts to ensure they are retained.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in a sale, client servicing or marketing executive role
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
  • Good attitude and responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Take inquiries and requests from clients and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
  • Do market research and come out with strategic marketing proposal after discussing with the team.
  • Manage clients’ social media pages and setup social media business pages for clients if necessary. Candidate with digital ad buy knowledge (Social Media, Google, TikTok, Twitter  & etc.) is a bonus point.
  • Meet regularly with other members of the team (internal or external) to discuss progress and find new ways to improve clients’ campaigns
  • Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
