Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related fields.
- At least 1 years of working experience in software programming and coding.
- Familiar with software development methodology and knowledge of business solution processes
- Knowledge in OOP concept
- Knowledge with the programming language of C#/c++ and Java will be advantage.
- Knowledge of SQL and database platforms (MS SQL Server preferred).Exposure to Oracle database will be added advantage.
- Familiar with Windows OS and Linux (will be added advantage).
- Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, fast-learning, energetic, able to perform in challenging environment.
- Willing to travel oversea occasionally.
- Required language: English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- On the job learning of the existing software and product control logic. Make necessary documentation and flowcharts to demonstrate understanding.
- Bug fixing of the current version of software if there is any.
- Maintaining, upgrading and bug fixing the working software upon the introduction of newer version of Operation System (Windows, Linux).
- Addition, modification, upgrading of the software functions and features should there be a requirement from customer or new product planning.
- Understand the product thoroughly, constantly optimize the product, identify, and fix problems, improve stability and user experience.
- Online support to customers to restore data and resume software system running upon request.
- Preparation of training manuals of software and system for technician and end user.
- Basic Networking Configuration and troubleshooting of server, router, switch, WIFI infrastructure, devices, and firewall if required.
- To provide customers with global technical support, even after office hours.
- Be willing to be based at Plentong, Johor and willing to travel (oversea/domestic) to support on network infrastructure issues.
