Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Minimum diploma in LCCI) is added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Adaptability to changes in accounting standards and organizational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage full set of accounts including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to management on financial performance.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
