Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience designing, installing, and maintaining audio visual systems.
- Strong knowledge of audio visual technologies including sound systems, video conferencing systems, displays, projectors, and control systems.
- Proficiency in audio visual software and programming languages such as digital signage software, Nova Star AMX, Extron, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex audio visual issues.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and Installation: Design, install, configure, and maintain audio visual systems including Video wall , Led Display ,interactive smartboard , Digital signage displays, video conferencing equipment, control systems, ETC
- Technical Support: Provide technical support for audio visual systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with sales team to understand their audio visual requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations for system design and implementation.
- Project Management: Manage audio visual projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct testing and quality assurance checks on audio visual systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation including system diagrams, schematics, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Training: Provide training and support to end-users on the operation and maintenance of audio visual systems.
- Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to audio visual systems integration and maintenance.
