Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in production management, preferably in food industry
- Communicate well within peers and supervisors
- Work as a team player and independently
- Bachelor’s diploma in , food technology, marketing or any related field
- Strong leadership & management skills with track record of driving business success through effective production management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Works with Sales and Marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer
- Provide Nutrition related product advisory.
- Conducts market research to understand customer needs and solve problems
- Analyzes potential partner relationships for designated product and works with key OEM partners throughout the product life cycle
- Able to handle and perform simple nutrition-related diagnosis tool
