Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in M&E engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities
- M&E services and work planning in accordance to project timeline and budget M&E project planning activities to ensure that the project design, implementation and completion are co-ordinate to meet overall timelines and the development objectives
- Liaise and obtain permits and licenses from appropriate local authorities to ensure all project development works comply with local regulations and laws
- Review of M&E infrastructure masterplan
- Prepare M&E budgets for ensuring effective cost controls during all project phases
- Report and update on planning and progress of M&E work
- Preparation of Monthly Progress Claim and Payment Responses to both Client and Sub-Contractors/ Suppliers and all related project Administration and documentation.
- Preparation of Contracts to Sub-Contractors and Suppliers.
- Co-ordinate with appointed consultants to prepare, review design & cost plan for the project
- Co-ordinate with the agencies for utilities services on the planning and provisions of water, electricity and telecom services to the park’s customers
- Manage, monitor and control M&E works, cost and project schedules
- Evaluating M&E tenders received
- Preparation of tender/ quotation for submission with specific deadline and as well as cost estimation for Mechanical & Electrical Services.
- Responsible for taking off quantities, sourcing suppliers and sub-contractors, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary for Mechanical & Electrical Services.
- Prepare and review tender drawings and specifications for all projects
- Ensure proper documentation of all reports on design, project progress, plans, budgets etc.
- Resolve and/or escalate to the Development Director any unexpected technical difficulties that may arise during the construction stage
- Attend Site Meeting - weekly and monthly project progress meeting and update progress report.
- Co-ordinate M&E work inspection and taking and handing over of all completed projects
- Make periodic checks on contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings, etc.
- Prepare Coordinated Services Drawings (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
- Monitor and observe health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) rules at the project site
- Monitor and track progress of infrastructure and utilities completion
- Support planning for land sales
- Help to keep and maintain documents for auditing.
- Report to the Development Director/ Project Manager for all M&E work done
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior or management.
