Requirements
- 2 - 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCES
- Familiar with TikTok Platform and Algorithm
- Able to commute to workplace with public transport or own transportation
- Problem-solving, creative, friendly, and a team player.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to management procedures and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of company staff
- Ability to deliver effective feedback, both written and verbal
Responsibilities
- Manage daily content and lead Video Editor Team
- Always prepared the idea for content to ensure the video will get engagement.\
- Able to cross check the video problem with TikTok
- Filming video on set and on location
- Working with creative teams and plan video shoots
- Setting up and taking down cameras, microphones, lighting, props and other equipment
- Editing footage after recording
- Adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage
- Preparing draft content that will attract the audiences.
- Coordinate with live hosts to ensure they are available for their shoots.
- Resolve content conflicts and make adjustments as needed.
- Analyze the right time to post the video that will attract the views.
- Provide feedback and guidance to live hosts to enhance their video.
- Make daily postings on social media.
- Prepare highlight trends video and work closely with live hosts to develop strategies for increasing audience engagement.
- Ensure that live hosts have the necessary equipment for video shoots.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time to minimise disruptions on video posting.
- Maintain open and regular communication with live hosts to address their concerns, suggestions, and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between live hosts and the company, conveying any company updates, policies, or changes.
- Stay updated on TikTok's policies and regulations for video posting.
