Requirements
- A solid background in construction management is crucial.
- Demonstrate exceptional stress management skills, staying responsive and decisive in critical situations.
- Take charge of project outcomes, exhibiting strong initiative and decision-making capabilities.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring every project component is executed flawlessly.
- Be prepared for a flexible working schedule, including the necessity to work outside standard office hours and on weekends, based on project requirements.
- The role involves traveling to and working at various construction sites, adapting to different project environments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific construction projects from beginning to end.
- Coordinate and manage project tasks, resources, equipment, and information.
- Proactively handle in-house repairs and maintenance, ensuring operational excellence.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Make certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves and communicate status updates regularly.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, plan, and oversee construction projects.
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
- Manage and mitigate risks by making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
