Kelayakan
- Location: Penang (Work From Home)
- Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English communication. Able to read Traditional Mandarin characters.
- Encouraging SPM graduates and fresh graduates to apply
- 5-day rotational shift, able to accept 24-hour shifts, including weekends
- Each shift is 9 hours long, including a 1-hour lunch break
- No experience required, training provided, Malaysian citizens with Malaysian SPM diploma
Tanggungjawab
- Handling customers: inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other issues related to company products
- All calls, live chats, and emails
- Providing assistance in customer service and accurate information
