• Responsible for general accounting functions such as data entry of vendor invoices, issue sales invoices, bank reconciliations and preparation of monthly schedule.

• Prepare payment/ cheque and other related documents.

• Handle petty cash, credit cards reports and reimbursements.

• Verify the accuracy of goods received against the items ordered

• Maintain detailed records of purchases, sales receipts, and receivables outstanding reports for management and auditing purposes.

• Maintain intercompany schedules and monthly reconciliation with related companies.

• Cooperate with other departments on preparing accounting documents.

• Any ad-hoc task when assigned by the CFO.
