- Experience in E-commerce Platforms: Demonstrated proficiency in managing and utilizing various e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, WooCommerce, etc.
- Live Stream Sales Expertise: Proven experience in conducting live stream sales events, including knowledge of live streaming platforms, engaging presentation skills, and ability to effectively showcase products to drive sales.
- Product Listing Skills: Ability to create compelling product listings including writing product descriptions, uploading product images, and optimizing listings for search engine visibility and sales conversion.
- Customer Service Experience: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service. Ability to promptly respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Proficiency in inventory management techniques including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and coordinating with suppliers to replenish stock as needed.
- Packing and Shipping: Experience in packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently. Familiarity with shipping software and procedures to ensure timely delivery of orders while minimizing errors.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential for maintaining accuracy in product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and contribute to the overall success of the e-commerce operation.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with using various software applications and tools related to e-commerce operations, including but not limited to RM systems, inventory management software, live streaming platforms, and shipping software.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to anticipate and proactively address potential issues related to live stream sales, product listings, customer inquiries, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Prior E-commerce Experience: Previous experience working in a similar role within the e-commerce industry is highly desirable.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed to accommodate live stream sales events and meet business demands.
- Education: SPM, Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or training in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
Tanggungjawab
- Support day-to-day operations of E-Commerce Marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee Webstore, Tik Tok & etc)
- Ensure timely update and upload new products and product listings.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product listings, including product descriptions, status, price, and images as required.
- Execute basic graphics and video edits as needed to enhance product presentation.
- Assist with customers regarding missing/damaged items or returns.
- Assist in handling returns, arranging replacements or refunds, and maintaining accurate records. Prepare reports for returns and refunds bi-weekly across all marketplaces.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide customer service support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on branding and awareness activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing corrective measures for successful completion.
- Support e-commerce operations by working cross-department and teams for platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Understand the trends and dynamics of e-commerce business, and deepen e-commerce research.
- Able to adapt and react quickly to changing needs and business decisions.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.
