Kelayakan
- Possess a Diploma and at least two years of related work experience.
- Possess knowledge of the Employment Act and the Industrial Relations Act.
- Computer literacy is essential.
- Required Skill(s): Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Possess good behaviour, being responsible, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Fresh graduates who hold a degree in Human Resources Management are encouraged to apply.
Tanggungjawab
- Support the HR Manager in all aspects of human resource management.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and promptly following up with the shortlisted candidates post-interview.
- Assist in preparing appointment letters using the provided template.
- Assist with personnel record management, including regularly updating employee information in the system and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Assist in payroll tasks, including attendance verification and preparation of payslips.
- Assist in managing leave records.
- Possess knowledge of the Employment Act and the Industrial Relations Act.
