Kelayakan
- Should be flexible and able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Good in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Min SPM.
- Required skill(s): Good customer service, accountability and time management.
- Experience in related field is an added advantage.
Tanggungjawab
- To clean all areas of the hotel thoroughly, with the key aim of enhancing the customer experience by having excellent standards of hotel cleanliness.
- Ensure regular housekeeping activities
- Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, storage areas and public areas as assigned in accordance to the standards and procedures
- Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies (Inform superiors on any damages and necessary repairs)
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace them when appropriate.
- Perform laundry duties. (Gather dirty clothes and arrange for laundry service)
- Assist in kiosk maintenance - Check and refill access card on kiosk, update access card timing.
- Assist guests when needed.
- Handle hotline when needed.
